Information we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the business details you submit, such as name, business email, company, website, payment needs and message. We also process limited technical information such as IP-derived abuse controls and user-agent data to protect the form.

How we use information

We use submitted information to evaluate and respond to your commercial request, protect the service from abuse, maintain a record of the request and improve merchant onboarding. We do not ask for card numbers, passwords or identity documents through the public form.

Storage and recipients

Contact requests are processed through Cloudflare infrastructure, stored in a restricted lead database and forwarded to the operational destination mailbox. Data may be retained as needed to respond, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and manage the merchant relationship.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts are installed at launch. Essential infrastructure may use security and delivery mechanisms required to serve the site.
